An essential accessory for many of the exercises found in our plans.
With its 1075mm/42.3" in length and 34mm/1.3" in diameter, the heavy-duty steel pipe is padded with foam and added rubber layer for better grip, it's perfect for most exercises that are found in our plan. For example: Front push, biceps curls, bench press, front pull, bent back pulls etc. The bar can withstand a weight up to 680kg, so you don't have to hesitate to add more weight. It's also easily dividable into two parts for more convenient storage. The hooks at the end of the bar are swivel.
